Valley Connections AL is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening families, supporting individuals, and building meaningful connections across our community. Based in North Alabama, we serve children, parents, and vulnerable populations by providing compassionate, structured services that promote safety, stability, and long-term well-being

Services
Valley Connections AL offers a range of supportive services designed to strengthen families, promote independence, and provide safe, structured care for individuals across all stages of life.
Supervised Visitation
Supervised visitation provides a safe, structured setting where parents and children can spend time together under the guidance of a trained professional to ensure the child’s well-being and support positive interactions.
Visit Transportation
Visitation transportation provides safe, reliable travel for children to and from scheduled visits, ensuring timely arrival while maintaining comfort, supervision, and confidentiality.
Monitored Exchange
Monitored exchange provides a safe, neutral setting for the transfer of a child between caregivers, with a trained professional present to ensure the exchange occurs smoothly and without conflict.
ILP Programs
Independent Living Programs (ILP) provide teens in foster care with essential life skills training, including education, employment readiness, financial literacy, and daily living skills to support a successful transition into adulthood.
Respite Care
Respite care provides temporary, short-term support for individuals, giving caregivers time to rest while ensuring their loved one receives safe, compassionate care in a structured environment.
Drug & Alcohol Testing
Drug and alcohol testing services are provided through our partner, Onsite Safety Solutions, offering reliable, compliant testing for individuals, employers, and court-ordered requirements.
